Late 19th Century Brown Transferware Plate
- Product Code: FI-GWPLATE
- Availability: 1
Beautiful, late 19th-century, brown transferware plate in the aesthetic style depicting pastoral scenes with hills and valleys, farmsteads, a swan, birds, and flowering branches. Just gorgeous! Some age-related discoloration (just the way I like my transferware) to the front and back. Three small chips on the underside of the rim that are not visibe on the front. Stamped on back: GW Turner & Sons Tunstall. GW Turner & Sons operated between 1873-1895 in Stoke-on-Trent, England.
