Exactly the type of daguerreotype/tintype case I look for when stitching my wee designs, like “Three Little Witches”.  This case still has its cover with lovely, faded red velvet inside but the halves have become separated.  Typical wear to the covers.  Houses a tintype of the sweetest old lady! Ninth plate size – each half measures 3”h x 2.5”w.
