Florence “Florry” Jane Holland’s little redwork sampler contains humble rows of letters & numbers, her name, age, & the year it was completed.  The only decorative element is the pretty border across the bottom.  Simple & sweet!  This sampler works up quickly.  Stitched on 30 count natural, unbleached linen using Weeks Dye Works thread.
